Founded in 2018, BridgeMe (formerly Bridge) was built through years of operating as a recruiting partner for early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Over time as we worked alongside different hiring teams from different stages, regions and operating environments, one pattern became clear: Hiring rarely happens in clean, fixed phases. Priorities shift, roles change, and internal capacity fluctuates. Teams needed recruiting capacity that could stay on, flex, and adapt as priorities changed – without rigid structures, contract renegotiations, or engagement resets.
That first-hand experience has shaped our transition into a capacity-based recruiting where predictability, governance, and operational continuity matter more than hype or one-off outcomes.
Today, BridgeMe works inside internal teams to deliver end-to-end recruiting capacity built to scale, without per-hire fees or fixed overhead.
